Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at color-story@hotmail.com.
If the item is defective or incorrect, please include photographs of the issue along with your explanation in your email.

• Personalized Products: Please be aware that personalized items are unique and tailored specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot exchange or refund any customized products unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

• Refund Eligibility: We cannot issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or if the item is sent back without prior contact with us.

• Refund Process: Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

• Shipping Costs: All shipping expenses for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
